  • What does a normal catering menu look like?
    Your menu is as customizable as you would like it to be, but a good place to start is by finding an appetizer, salad, protein, and two sides. If you’re looking for a quick and easy order, try one of our {PACKAGES}. These can be altered however you’d like!
  • But I want a more custom plated dining experience, do you offer that?
    Yes, and the sky's the limit! Our Chef's have a passion for worldwide cuisine and is always open to working with our guests. We can even design a Wine, Liquor, or Beer pairing menu with the help of our WSET 3 Sommelier, Kyle Riggs.
  • How do I know how much to order?
    That's why we're here! We can help you understand and manage the options on the menu and work with you to determine portion sizes. In other words, you tell us what you want, we do the math!
  • What if I have more than 300 for my event?
    We are typically equipped to provide service for up to about 300 people within a reasonable amount of time. If you have a larger event however, send us a message, we’d be happy to discuss your needs! In general, the larger the event, the more time is needed to properly plan and execute!
  • How soon do I need to finalize my date and order? How far out can I book a date?
    Catering events have a lot of moving parts, so ideally and typically we would require a minimum of 14 days from finalizing your menu and ordering your specific products to your event! If you have a short notice event, contact us ASAP! We will always try our best to accommodate.
  • How do I order?
    Simply please fill out the form below and we will contact you back in a couple business days. Please provide us with as many details as possible, including what experience you are looking for, dietary restrictions, event location, etc..
  • What about plates, silverware, or utensils?
    To keep your costs lower, we do not currently provide plates, flatware or glassware. However, we do offer an option to purchase higher end disposables, or eco friendly disposable that work very well in catering environments, making clean up and dish cleaning much easier and cost effective. If you desire non-disposable tableware we can arrange for the rental at an additional charge.
  • Ok, brass tacks, what’s the cost?
    Sadly, pricing a catering event is very much dependent on a case by case basis. We promise to do our best to accommodate your price range and budget! Each experience starts with food and beverage. Other optional or additional costs are then added, such as, set up, labor, equipment rental, gratuity, travel, and clean-up. Please view our {Additional Fees} section to get an idea of what your costs would be. You will always receive a full quote before any payment is required.
  • What is the payment schedule?
    To set your date, an initial 25% down payment is due at the time of confirming your menu and contract signing. The remaining balance, plus the required 20% gratuity, is due 7 days before the event. We will send you an invoice allowing you to make payment online. Any changes made at the event itself will be billed accordingly after the event.
  • What if I need to cancel my order?
    In the event that you need to cancel your order and it is more than 30 days before, we will refund your deposit. If it is less than 30 days prior, we will not be able to refund your deposit.
  • What is your policy on guest counts?
    The guaranteed final guest count is due 14 days before your event date to allow us time to properly staff and order product and equipment for your event.
  • For any of your menus, can I substitute main courses or sides?
    Absolutely! Sides can be substituted for no additional charge unless specified. For mains, the price may fluctuate depending on the pricing of the meat. You are always welcome to add additional mains or sides, or even create a custom menu.
  • When should I reserve my event?
    Events are booked on a first come, first served basis. We recommend booking your catering services as soon as possible and well in advance. The more notice we have, the better!
  • Do you have any vegetarian, gluten free, or other special dietary options available?
    Yes. Our menus are designed with variety in mind to please your guests’ diets and preferences. We offer several customizable vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. If you have something in mind, odds are we do it. For more details, just give us a call.
